Terms of Service

By utilizing the Orange Kiosk terminal to make payments to service providers or merchants, you hereby acknowledge and agree to be unconditionally bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

          1.      Orange Kiosk shall process all transactions based on the information you provide. You assume full responsibility for all transactions executed using such information, regardless of whether they were initiated with your knowledge or authorization.

          2.      You acknowledge that Orange Kiosk functions solely as a third-party payment processor. Any terms or conditions related to the services or products you subscribe to or purchase via our payment facility shall be governed exclusively by your agreement with the respective service provider or merchant.

          3.      As a third-party payment processor, Orange Kiosk accepts payments only on behalf of its accredited billers. Any inquiries or concerns regarding accounts must be directed to the relevant service provider or merchant.

          4.      The Orange Kiosk terminal does not dispense cash as change. Any change due will be issued in the form of a receipt containing a PIN, referred to as the “Change-Receipt-PIN.” This PIN may be used to offset future transactions conducted through Orange Kiosk.

          5.      Orange Kiosk “Change-Receipt-PINs” do not expire and may be redeemed at any Orange Kiosk terminal for any available service. These PINs may also be used in conjunction with cash.

          6.      Orange Kiosk shall not be held liable for any failure on the part of the service provider or merchant to deliver the advertised service or product.

          7.      You hereby release and hold Orange Kiosk harmless from any liability arising from the payment of the service or product in question, as all such liability shall rest solely with the service provider or merchant.

          8.      Orange Kiosk shall not be responsible for any charges levied against you or any actions taken by a service provider or merchant resulting from the non-processing of your payment due to your failure to adhere strictly to our payment instructions.

          9.      You agree to indemnify and hold Orange Kiosk free from any and all claims, proceedings, losses, damages, or expenses—including legal fees—that may arise from your use of our system.

          10.      All payments made through Orange Kiosk terminals are considered final and irrevocable. However, Orange Kiosk reserves the right to decline processing a transaction for internal reasons. In such cases, the payment may be eligible for refund.

          11.      Orange Kiosk shall not be held liable for any delays in payment processing caused by system interruptions, internal maintenance, or delays experienced by our partner billers. Orange Kiosk is under no obligation to disclose the reasons for such occurrences.

          12.      Your access to Orange Kiosk via third-party network providers is subject to the terms and conditions of those providers. The security of data transmitted through such networks is governed by the respective policies of the network provider.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action to enforce this Agreement shall be brought exclusively before the appropriate courts in the City of Makati.
